Studio Assistant: Hands-On Workflow Assistant
Studio Assistant helps creators move faster by combining practical guidance with in-app actions. It can help you decide what to do next, write better inputs, and apply supported updates directly in the current workflow. Today it supports Creator Flow, worlds and asset surfaces, broader product navigation, and eligible standalone image and video generator or editor surfaces when those pages expose assistant-aware actions.
Hands-On Capabilities
- Write or rewrite prompts directly for the active step (image, video, narration) when supported actions exist
- Draft project, story, and setup field content that is ready to paste or apply
- Guide you across worlds, asset-library, billing, teams, and developer-doc surfaces even when the current page is read-only
- Suggest and apply safe in-page actions from the current action catalog
- Analyze an attached reference image, or current visual context when available, to improve prompting and troubleshooting
- Generate support email actions for bug reports and broken workflow states
- Remember lasting response or taste preferences for future chats when you explicitly ask and you are signed in
Availability And Layout
- Studio Assistant is available to signed-in users on active trials and paid plans
- It is global in the app, so you can open it while working in Creator Flow, worlds, assets, and eligible standalone tool pages
- You can use it docked or floating, and choose your default mode in app settings
- Docked mode appears on larger screens when there is enough room; smaller screens use floating mode instead
How To Use It Well
- State the exact field or workflow step you want updated (for example: shot image prompt, narration line, or project summary)
- Request one concrete change at a time, then review and iterate
- Use “apply this for me” when you want direct in-page updates
- Attach an image when visual context matters; image files are supported today
- Use troubleshooting mode for failures: include the visible error and what step you were in
What To Expect From Actions
Studio Assistant can only apply actions that the current page exposes. When a writable action is available, it can suggest it or run safe single-step updates directly. It should not claim a field was changed unless that action actually ran, so some requests will return suggested actions instead of silent edits.
Why It Matters
The biggest gains come from shortening the loop between idea, prompt, and approved output. Studio Assistant is built for exactly that: less guesswork, faster revisions, and more time spent on creative decisions that actually shape your story.
