Welcome to Cannon Studio, a product and service operated by Cannon Creations LLC. By accessing or using Cannon Studio — including by creating an account, purchasing credits, or generating content — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. ("Terms").

1. Use of Services

Cannon Studio provides a platform to generate digital content using AI tools. Users purchase credits that can be used to create images, videos, subtitles, and voiceovers. You agree to use these services in accordance with all applicable laws and refrain from generating or distributing any harmful, illegal, or unethical content.

2. Credits & Payment

Credits are sold in packs and are non-refundable unless required by law. Each credit has a set value and can be used to access specific features of the platform. All prices are listed in USD and may include applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction.

3. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content generated through your account, subject to our acceptable use policy. Cannon Creations LLC does not claim copyright over your outputs.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our platform to generate:

5. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. You may not share your account with others or use someone else’s account without permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Cannon Studio at any time for violations of these Terms or for maintenance and upgrades.

7. Disclaimers

Cannon Studio is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality, originality, legality, or reliability of content generated using our platform.

Due to the nature of AI-generated content, results may vary in style, coherence, and appropriateness. Cannon Studio does not guarantee that outputs will meet user expectations, serve a particular purpose, or be error-free. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using any generated content. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with AI-generated results.

Cannon Creations LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance. We encourage users to review this page periodically.

9. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Texas.
