Production Agent Guide

Production Agent turns a normal request into an executable media workflow. Describe the output you want, attach or pin source material when accuracy matters, and the agent will infer the right path, package generation or editing steps, and wait for your approval before billable work runs.

Start With The Brief

You do not need to choose a mode. Write the request in plain language: a product ad, UGC batch, cinematic scene, reference frame, clip edit, timeline assembly, sound pass, or final delivery task. The agent should infer what is needed and ask only for missing source-of-truth details that block the next useful step.

Add Sources When Truth Matters

  • Upload product photos, existing clips, audio, or visual references from the Sources panel
  • Pin worlds, characters, locations, products, or assets from your saved library
  • Mark the definitive reference as source of truth when the result must preserve identity or design
  • Use aliases so you can refer to sources naturally in chat, such as “use @hero watch”

Approve Before Generation

Production Agent packages the next concrete action before running it. Review the prompt, model, estimate, references, and plan details. When the package is correct, use the generate action. If anything is off, ask for a revision in chat or edit the package direction before approval.

Review And Continue

  • Inspect the latest output, then choose edit, extend, variation, timeline, or finish
  • Use review annotations to target a frame region or time range for the next edit note
  • Promote good outputs into source truth so future generations preserve them
  • Use the timeline dock when clips need ordering, trimming, transitions, or stitching

Default Models

The default path favors GPT Image 2 for images and Seedance for video. Nano Banana Pro and Kling are secondary options, and other platform models remain available when you ask for them directly or when a specific tool requires them.

Useful Prompts

  • “Make 10 UGC ads for this product. Keep them distinct and easy to compare.”
  • “Use this world and make a cinematic 15-second scene with the mentor betrayal visible.”
  • “Generate a clean product reference frame first, then wait for approval before motion.”
  • “Trim these timeline clips, add a crossfade, and prep the final stitch.”
