• Most paid plans can roll over subscription credits for up to 7 days after a successful renewal. Pro extends that to 14 days.
• Purchased credit packs expire 90 days after purchase.
• Creator rewards, admin manual credits, creator allotments, and creator transfers do not expire. Promotional credits may still expire when stated at grant time.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
• You can combine a subscription with one-time credit packs.

Yes. You can cancel from your billing settings, and it will stop renewing at the next cycle.

Generation time can increase with provider queue load, longer durations, higher quality settings, or heavy parallel requests.

First, check your history and retry once. If it keeps failing, contact support with the task ID and approximate timestamp so we can investigate quickly.

You retain ownership of content generated through your account, subject to applicable platform and provider policies.

We do not sell your personal data. Cannon Studio stores your project data and uses trusted infrastructure/providers to deliver generation features.
